Former Head of Business Innovation at Beta-i, a leading collaborative innovation consultancy firm with international reach, he’s currently leading the Communication & Knowledge area in the company. Avila believes there’s no applied innovation or corporate transformation without a strong connection with Human Resources development, through a lifelong learning perspective.
