Before going to Europe’s #3 DIY-retailer, she pushed innovation at edding from a cultural and business perspective on global scale. Prior to that, being convinced that Peter Drucker was right when saying that “culture eats strategy for breakfast”, she was on the NGO side, leading formats with HR directors to tackle and discuss leadership issues in relation to sustainable business success.
