Nicholas is an airline pilot, entrepreneur and angel investor. Having begun flying at the age of 15, he quickly realised that was the career for him. After several flying jobs in Australia, Nicholas moved to Hong Kong in 2006 to join Hong Kong’s premier Airline and is now a Senior Captain on the Boeing 777.
Not long after moving to Hong Kong, Nicholas’s entrepreneur spirit took hold. He is a founder of Feather & Bone Hong Kong, a leading epicuren deli, butcher and restaurant group, and has found success as an early stage investor in the technology sector.
