Managing Director CMT Central Eastern Europe, Accenture | Former Fighter Pilot
I joined Accenture 2017 in the role as Communications & Media industry lead for Europe. Swedish by birth I live in Rome and have an international family, my drive has always been to be challenged, always win and I enjoy complex situations that requires extraordinary thinking, people and efforts… I lead the CMT practice in Central Eastern Europe and have DT Europe as my main client responsibility. I started my career as a fighter pilot in the Royal Swedish Ai Force and prior to joining Accenture I worked 20 years for Ericsson and was for 10 years part of the global management. My professional life has brought me and my family to 5 different countries, and I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, e.g. client lead for Telecom Italia, regional CEO Middle East, as well as being responsible for managing the full operation of a large part of Ericsson’s SW business (Telecom Core, OSS and BSS applications). I have enjoyed managing C-suit relationship with clients and have had an opportunity to build a deep industry knowledge spanning form technology and operation to business fundamentals in particular for telcos. My journey has also given me the opportunity to teach as a visiting professor at the Luiss Business school in Rome as well as being an independent director of the Advisory board of the School. For 2 years I was the chairman of the board at a Silicon Valley start-up in the cloud-space called Apcera.
